I always let this part of the site get away from me. I think that is probably because I have a hard time talking about myself. But, here goes... I am leaving the Sheriff's Department after 4 years of service along with that goes the title of "geek with a gun". I have taken a programming position with Disciple Data starting on August 18, 2008. My dream of being a firefighter is still alive, however I am running out of time (you have to be 34 at the time of appointment) and locations to apply.
The family is doing great too. Gretchen and I celebrated 8 years of marriage this year and have realized that having been together for 9 1/2 years means we've almost been together for a third of our lives!!! Delaney, 4, starts school August 13, 2008. Doesn't that make me feel old!! Carson, 3, is well a 3 year old boy. They sure make our lives interesting, busy, and exciting.
Kappa Delta Rho Coat of Arms
This is the coat of arms for Kappa Delta Rho, the fraternity that I belong to. One of the images (the black and white one) is an exact copy of one of the two tattoos that I have. It is on my right shoulder blade. I'm very proud to be a member of this fraternity and would love to hear from brothers around the country if they've stumbled upon this. E-mail me.
